At Stickerkin & Co., we take care in preparing your order with love and intention. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets from us to you:
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4-7 business days (excluding weekends, special launches and holidays). This means that once you place an order, it will take us between 4-7 business days to prepare and ship your items. Need it sooner? Just send us an email at stickerkinco@gmail.com.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $45!
We offer flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders. Most packages arrive within 3–10 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, with tracking included. Please note: Lightweight orders — like sticker sheets or small flat items — may be shipped using standard stamped mail without tracking to help keep costs low for you. These still arrive in the same timeframe but may come in a regular envelope.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future!
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Stickerkin & Co. is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, we are no longer responsible for its location.
If your package is marked in transit but hasn't arrived, please allow up to 30 days for delivery, as delays can happen with the carrier.
If it still hasn’t arrived after that time, feel free to reach out — we’ll do our best to help you track it down or guide you through filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
